This little lady turned one in May, right around the time the bluebells were blooming, and they were the perfect background for her. As you can see, she was delighted to be surrounded in flowers!
I had a wonderful sunset shoot last weekend at The Monte Bello Estate with our dear friends. I love all of the fall colors in these pictures…their outfits fit so well with the golden backgrounds. As you can tell, the kids really hammed it up for me, which made my job easy!
This darling one-year old had so much fun at The County Line Orchard in Hobart, IN picking apples and she even managed to bite into one for the first time. She looked so elegant with this long lace dress! We got a lot of great pictures, but here are a few of my favorites.
It was so much fun to photograph our good family friends this past weekend at The Monte Bello Estate. They have a fourth baby on the way, and I can’t wait to meet him or her! As you can see, they have the most ADORABLE kids and they were perfect for their session!

These parents have a son who is serving in the military, and he was home for a short period before being deployed again overseas for seven months, so it was so special to capture be able to capture these portraits. Their daughter is a high school senior this year, so we also were able to get some stunning pictures of her. Often parents take lots of family photos when their kids are little and it wanes as they get older, but I cannot stress enough how important it is to keep capturing photos of your family through the years.
